Here's what is happening at Our Savior's.....
Please keep in your prayers…....

Pray for those who are serving our country, our community,
and those we name in our hearts.

Loving God, you have welcomed each one of us in Jesus and called us to be His Body in this place. Send us your Holy Spirit during this time as we seek a new pastor. Fill us with vision, zeal, and faithfulness in prayer, that we may be true to our calling and bring new life to our congregation and community. Amen

Congregational input meetings:
The Church Council will be hosting two meetings (same format for each) in December for the purpose of hearing from the congregation their thoughts about shared ministry with Bethany Lutheran Church in Remer.
-
Sunday, December 15th at 1:00 p.m.
-
Wednesday, December 18th at 6:30 p.m.
At these meetings, a short presentation will be given on the
history/context of this shared ministry possibility and then time will be given for the congregation to share what they believe to be the benefits and the challenges that shared ministry may entail. The council will use the input from these meetings to then provide a recommendation to the congregation at a meeting in the near future. Thank you in advance for your participation in this discussion!

Shop Christmas Gifts That Make a Difference
The tree is up with the Good Gifts ornaments. You can choose your gift and then take the corresponding ornament and give that to the one you are honoring or put it on your own tree as remembrance of the gift you have given. The ELCA Good Gift program is a great option for some of your Christmas shopping. You can buy a gift in honor of a loved one and the proceeds go to help someone who is in real need. Please fill out a form and check the box of what you are purchasing and put it in the basket along with your check made out to Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
